Purpose of loading platform:	The loading platform is designed for installation of the dock leveller outside the building. Loading platform allows to save storage space in the premises and to redesign buildings for cargo handling purposes. A special dock house is installed on the loading platform, which protects personnel and cargo from wind and precipitation, as well as a dock shelter that prevents draught




Application field of dock leveller:	Logistics and distribution centres, shopping complexes, industrial buildings, production facilities, premises

Protective coating:	The metal parts of the loading platform are treated by bead blasting and coated with 2-component enamel. Coating thickness: 80 microns




Standard colours:	RAL 9017 (black); RAL 7016 (anthracite grey); RAL 5002 (blue).




Constuction of loading platform:	Side sections, support beam, supports




Side sections of platform:	A welded frame made of 100 × 100 × 3 mm tubes with hot-rolled steel sheet with lenticular corrugation. Side section sheet is 6/8 mm thickness (without corrugation/with corrugation). For the side section to be more rigid the reinforcing plate 145×40×3 mm is used




Support beam of the platform:	It is made of HEB 120 I-section steel according to DIN 1025




Supports of the platform:	The support is made of two tubes with different cross sections and has telescopic design which allows adjusting of the height of the platform during installation




Protection from precipitation and wind is provided:	Dock house (DH)




Standard dimensions of dock house:(width x height)	3400 х 3400 mm




Setting angle measured to the building:	45° 60° 90° 120° 135°




Construction of dock house:	It is a prefabricated metal structure: metallic frame, tension cables, framing profiles, water gutter, cladding (profile sheeting / profile sheeting + sandwich panel)




Frame of dock house:	Made of 60×60×2 mm tubes. The tubes are connected by galvanized brackets and self-tapping screw fixings. Perforations for fixing are made in the carcass during production




Options for cladding the dock house:	1. Without cladding 2. Profile sheeting (24 colours) 3. Cladding with sandwich panels and profile sheeting (10 colours)




Protection against draught is assured:	Dock shelter (DSF)




Standard dimensions of the dock shelter (width х height х depth):	3400 х 3400 х 600 mm




Construction of dock shelter:	Frame, connecting levers, front curtains, covering elements




Frame of dock shelter:	An assembly of front and back aluminium profiles with anodised coating that ensures high protection against corrosion




Connecting levers of dock shelter:	Hot-dip galvanised steel tube with protection coating. Number of levers—2 from each side of the dock shelter




Front curtains of dock shelter:	Top and side tents are made of 3 mm thick reinforced PVС




Covering elements of dock shelter:	Side and top coverings are made of 0.5 mm thick PVC with 630 g/m density
